Lift lobby remedial works at Whitefriars Wharf

Works recorded

The photographic record covers the lift lobby over three days. It documents the existing condition, preparation and making good to wall and ceiling surfaces, then the decorated finishes around the lift entrance, ceiling projections, boxed sections and skirtings.

The final images supplied on 6 November show the visible lobby wall and ceiling finishes complete. The report records the work shown in the photographs and does not make claims about concealed conditions or specialist systems.

Completion note

The exposed concrete floor remained visible and marked in the final photographs. The report does not show a floor coating or replacement, so any floor cleaning or treatment should be checked against the approved work instruction.
