Bexleyheath — unsafe boundary wall reduction

On behalf of Hammond Properties, we removed the unsafe top half of a boundary wall at a private estate in Bexleyheath, Kent.

The photographs show the wall before work and after the upper section was removed. Rubble and safety barriers remain in the second photograph, which records the removal stage before site clearance.

Blackheath — rubber membrane replacement

Completed on behalf of Hammond Properties. Water was leaking into the property below. We fitted a new rubber membrane, then reinstated the gravel covering.
