Can you quote for a managed block or estate?
Yes. Send the reported defects, property details, photographs and any specification you already have. We will explain whether a site inspection is needed before preparing the scope.
Can external repairs and internal reinstatement be included?
We carry out both. The investigation and quotation will identify the work proposed, including any separate internal reinstatement scope.
