Record the findings
Photographs and a written report can document accessible defects, findings and proposed repairs. Where a source cannot be confirmed without further access or opening up, that limitation is identified.
Repair and reinstate
Roofing, guttering, masonry and plumbing repairs can be quoted according to the findings. Internal reinstatement is scoped separately where needed, including affected ceilings, plaster and decorations.
From assessment to agreed works
Send us the property address, photographs of the issue and any access details or existing specification. We will discuss whether a site visit is needed, define the proposed work and prepare a quotation for approval. Additional findings are raised before work outside the agreed scope proceeds.
